Jakarta - Hundreds of workers will hold demonstrations in front of the Office of the DPP's Democratic Party (PD) on Jl Kramat Raya, Central Jakarta, this afternoon. They want to ask for help PD resolve their problems at the company.
"The rally of hundreds of workers of PT Global Packaging who sued USD. 7 billion by the entrepreneur at 14.00 pm in the Office of DPP Democratic Party," said coordinator of the action, Beben Yulianto, in a press release on Thursday (06/09/2011).
The workers want to ask the PD to provide help solve their problems. They also tried to 'borrow' money donations former general treasurer PD PD Muhammad Nazaruddin to Rp 13 billion.
"Asking Democrats to lend money, donated by former General Treasurer of the Democratic Party M Nazaruddin to pay lawsuit damages USD. 7 billion from employers to workers," he said.
The plan of the demonstrators will request time to meet with the DPP central committee PD. If not met, protesters will not leave the office of the DPP PD until there is certainty of legal aid from the PD on their problems.
